The Menu for Wednesday is…

Alright, Zachary and Colin got together last night and finalized the menu for Wednesday the 23rd.


There will be a limited amount of meals available for walk ins, but preordering secures your meal and pick up time.

Vegan, Gluten Free, Corn Free, and Nut Free! “Pay what you want/can”, no one turned away for lack of funds!

Here it is:

-Tianmian Stew; a bean paste stew with seasonal vegetables

-Lotus Leaf wrapped Seasoned Sticky Rice & Vegetables

-Mushroom & Garlic Green Beans

-Lentil, Squash, & Roasted Tomato Shepard’s Pie with Crisp Tempeh Crust

-Spiced Apple & Squash Pie Bars

We will be incorporating a mix of ferment preserved vegetables from John at XmarX into this menu.

It will truly be a full Collective collaboration!

Send preorders for meals that to Make sure to include a window of time for pick up, how many meals you want, if they will be for dine in or carry out (the meals will be packaged in a way that makes reheating them super easy if you are saving them for Thanksgiving, and if you are wanting to make a contribution for the meals by card, let me know how much to invoice you for.

Cash contributions will be accepted that day, and no contribution is necessary.
